Too often in our relationships, we fill in the blanks instead of asking questions. We assume motives, emotions, and meanings — and those assumptions quietly erode connection. This week, we’re learning to pause before we presume. By slowing down, getting curious, and asking honest questions, we open the door to empathy, understanding, and healing. Healthy relationships don’t thrive on assumptions — they grow through authentic conversations.
