Ben Moore has spent more than 25 years serving in ministry, with a heart for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and live out their faith in practical, meaningful ways. He began his ministry journey as a worship leader before transitioning into youth ministry, where he spent years investing in the next generation. In 2015, Ben stepped into the role of senior pastor and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Valley Christian Center in Susanville, California.

Throughout his years in ministry, Ben has developed a particular passion for encouraging and challenging men to pursue God wholeheartedly, lead their families well, and become the men God has called them to be. His approach is genuine, practical, and grounded in Scripture, with a desire to connect biblical truth to the real challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities men face every day.
Whether he’s preaching, leading, or simply sitting around a table having a conversation, Ben loves helping people discover how their faith can shape every area of their lives—from their relationships and families to their work, leadership, and personal walk with God.

Outside of ministry, Ben is an avid big-game hunter, a lifelong baseball fan, and a lover of art and creativity. He enjoys spending time outdoors and appreciates just about any opportunity for adventure. Above all, Ben loves spending time with his family. He and his wife, Charity, have two sons, and some of his favorite moments are those spent together as a family or enjoying the outdoors.
