Pastor Jen Dyer
Jen Dyer serves as co-lead pastor of The River Ukiah Foursquare Church alongside her husband, Mike. Together, they have served in ministry for 28 years, including the past 13 years as lead pastors in Ukiah. They are the proud parents of three adult children and two wonderful grandchildren who bring them endless joy.
Jen has a prophetic, conversational teaching style and is passionate about making God's Word both understandable and deeply applicable to everyday life. If there's anything that stirs her heart, it's seeing lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit and watching people discover, develop, and confidently operate in the spiritual gifts God has placed within them. She loves creating opportunities for people to encounter God's presence, hear His voice, and step boldly into all He has for them.
When she's not serving at church, you'll likely find her spoiling her grandkids, hiking, traveling, or chasing new adventures with family and friends. Whether she's speaking, mentoring, or leading, Jen's greatest desire is to see people fall more deeply in love with Jesus, be empowered by the Holy Spirit, and leave transformed so they can influence the world around them.

Crystal Rasmussen is the Co-Pastor of Pursuit in Hayward, CA, and serves as the Foursquare Area Pastor for the Central Bay, providing leadership and support to 17 churches. Passionate about developing leaders, she coaches and mentors pastors through Foursquare's credentialing process and is currently pursuing a Master's in Strategic Leadership at Life Pacific University.
Alongside her ministry, Crystal works as a Business Consultant, equipping small business owners and promoting financial literacy through nonprofit partnerships. A wife, mother of three, and outdoor enthusiast, she is passionate about helping people—especially women—walk in freedom and fully embrace God's purpose for their lives.
Crystal is also an adventure seeker and outdoor lover at heart. An avid athlete, she stays active playing recreational softball and has recently discovered a new love for pickleball.
